Advertiser Terms

These terms apply to a business that advertises with Exofe Ads, run by Webaurix ("we", "us") from Pakistan. They are in addition to the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. By making a campaign you agree to them for your business.

1. Who can advertise

You must be a real business or professional that can enter an agreement, and you must give us true details about it. We approve each business before its ads run and may refuse or suspend one without giving a long reason; where we can, we will say what to fix.

2. Your ads

• Every ad is reviewed before it runs, and again whenever its words or link change. We may stop an ad at any time, for example after reports from people.
• An ad must be honest, must lead to your own working website over https, and must follow the rules on the Ad rules page in your account. You are responsible for what your ads and website say and for having the right to say it.
• You may not advertise gambling or betting, crypto or forex trading, alcohol, tobacco or vapes, weapons, adult services, loan sharks, counterfeit goods, prescription medicine, or anything illegal in Pakistan.
• Ads appear under answers for people on the Free plan in Pakistan, when the conversation fits your chosen topics. We never show them on sensitive subjects, and we do not promise a number of views or clicks.

3. Price and payment

• You pay per click, from a prepaid wallet. You set the most you will pay for a click; an auction decides what is charged, which is usually less, and never below the minimum shown when you make a campaign.
• A person's repeat click within 30 minutes, your own clicks, and clicks we judge to be unnatural or automated are not charged. We may correct charges later if we find such clicks.
• Money is added to the wallet after we receive it. Prices are in Pakistani rupees. A campaign stops when its total budget is used or the wallet is empty.
• Unused money in your wallet can be returned on request, less any bank or payment fees, unless the account was closed for breaking these terms. See our Refund Policy for how requests are made.

4. Reports and results

Your account shows what was shown, clicked and spent. Our counts are the ones used for billing. Please write to support@exofe.com within 30 days if you believe a charge is wrong.

5. What we do not promise

Exofe Ads is provided as is. We do not promise sales, leads or any result, or that ads will always be shown. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before it arose.

6. Ending

You can pause or stop a campaign at any time. We may suspend or end your account if you break these terms or the law. Any money owed for clicks already charged remains owed.
