Terms of Use
Last updated: October 20, 2026
These Terms of Use apply to your use of Exofe, an AI assistant operated by Webaurix ("we", "us") from Pakistan, including exofe.com, the Exofe Code app and extension, and our other services (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
1. Who can use Exofe
You must be at least 13 years old, and if you are under 18 you must have the permission of a parent or guardian. You must give us accurate information, and you may use Exofe only where the law allows you to. If you use Exofe for an organisation, you confirm you can bind it to these terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account, for keeping your sign-in details and codes private, and for what happens under it. Tell us at once at support@exofe.com if you think someone else has used it. One person should not share an account with others; use a Study Group or team if you want to work together.
3. Using the Services
You may use the Services only as these terms allow. You must not:
- break the law or use Exofe to harm, harass, threaten, defraud or deceive anyone, or to create or spread malware, spam or content that sexually exploits or endangers children;
- use Exofe for weapons, serious violence, or to get around the safety rules of the Services or of the AI models we use;
- use Exofe to make decisions that significantly affect a person's legal, medical, financial or safety position without a qualified human reviewing them;
- copy, scrape, resell or reverse engineer the Services, interfere with them or their security, or try to get around usage limits, rate limits or plan restrictions;
- use the Services or their output to build or train a model that competes with Exofe or with the AI providers behind it;
- upload content you have no right to use, or use someone else's account.
We may limit, suspend or end access when these rules are broken, when a payment fails, or to protect people and the Services. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why.
4. Your content
You keep your rights in what you put into Exofe ("Input") and in what Exofe makes for you from it ("Output"), and as between you and us you own the Input and, to the extent the law allows, the Output. You give us the permission we need to run the Services for you: to host, process, display and send your Content to the AI providers and other service providers who help us, and, only if you opt in under Settings › Data controls, to use your text to improve Exofe as the Privacy Policy explains.
You are responsible for your Input and for how you use the Output. Output may not be unique: other people may get similar results from similar requests.
5. Output can be wrong
Exofe is an AI. It can be inaccurate, out of date or incomplete, and may present wrong information confidently. Check important facts, sources and calculations yourself. Do not rely on Exofe as a substitute for a doctor, lawyer, accountant or other professional. Assignments and academic work you create with Exofe remain your responsibility, and you must follow your school's or employer's rules about the use of AI.
6. The agent, Exofe Code and connected apps
Where Exofe can act for you (for example by drafting or sending email, working on a website in your browser, or changing files in an Exofe Code project), it asks for your approval according to the settings you choose. You are responsible for the actions you approve. Exofe does not make payments for you. Connected apps and websites are run by others and their own terms apply to them.
7. Plans, payment and usage
- Plans. Exofe has a Free plan and paid plans (Student, Standard, Plus and Pro). What each includes, and its price, is shown on our pricing page. Prices are in Pakistani rupees in Pakistan and in US dollars elsewhere, and may be subject to taxes.
- Billing. Paid plans are monthly and paid in advance. Your plan stays active for the period you have paid for. We may change prices or plans for future periods, and will tell you before a change reaches you.
- Usage limits. Each plan has a usage allowance that is shared by chat, Exofe Code, pictures and, where included, the agent. It refills over time, and heavier models, longer chats and bigger files use more of it. We may adjust limits to keep the Services fair and sustainable.
- Study Groups. A Student plan can include a Study Group with shared usage. The owner pays for the seats, can add and remove members and can end the group. A member who leaves, or whose group ends, returns to their earlier plan.
- Refunds. See our Refund Policy.
8. Free and signed-out use, and ads
Free and signed-out use is limited and may change or pause at any time, for example when demand is high. Signed-out chats are not saved.
People on the Free plan in Pakistan may see small cards marked "Sponsored" from businesses that pay us. They are separate from Exofe's answers and never change them. We review advertisers, but we do not recommend or guarantee what they offer, and a business you reach through a card is responsible for its own products, prices and policies. Paid plans do not show ads. How a card is chosen is explained in our Privacy Policy. Businesses that advertise also agree to our Advertiser Terms.
9. Our rights
The Services, including their software, design and the Exofe name and logo, belong to us or our licensors, and are protected by law. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them under these terms. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.
10. Third-party services
The Services rely on third parties, including AI model providers, hosting and payment providers. We are not responsible for services we do not control, and they may change or become unavailable.
11. Ending your use
You can stop using Exofe at any time and ask us to close your account at support@exofe.com. We may suspend or end your access as described in section 3 or if we stop offering a service. When an account closes, your Content is deleted as the Privacy Policy describes. Sections that by their nature should continue (for example 4, 12, 13 and 14) do.
12. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that Output will be accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose.
13. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the three months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute, without limiting any rights you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the place where you live. Before starting a formal claim, please write to us at support@exofe.com so we can try to fix it.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will give you notice, for example by email or in the app, before it takes effect. If you keep using the Services after that, you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, stop using Exofe.
16. Contact
